Your mind runs faster than life can keep up — full of ideas, starts, and half-finished plans, yet never quite settled but you’re not sure why? Does standing in line or sitting through meetings make you want to jump up and scream? You may have wondered about ADHD or executive functioning struggles, especially if staying organized, finishing tasks, or managing emotions feels harder than it “should.”

Many of the individuals I work with are intelligent, capable, and outwardly functioning well, while internally feeling overwhelmed, out of sync with the world around them, and wishing others understood them better.

This is a nonjudgmental space to understand how your brain actually works — without pressure to “fix” yourself. Together, we’ll explore patterns of distraction, motivation, expression, self-criticism, and build practical tools to support focus, follow-through, self care and improved communication.
