I show up with nuanced insight, deep attunement, and a non-pathologizing lens as we explore your inner world together.
My approach is warm, collaborative, conversational, and centered on you. I bring a socioculturally attuned perspective, honoring the ways your culture, identity, and lived experiences shape your emotional wellbeing and relationships. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can slowly exhale, become more fully yourself, and experience connection without having to perform or mask.

Therapeutic Approach
As an integrative therapist, each session is thoughtfully tailored to your needs. I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic therapy, Family Systems Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed principles.
This blend allows me to help you explore the deeper emotional roots of distress while also offering practical strategies that support healing, connection, and everyday functioning. I’m here to help you understand your relational patterns, come home to yourself in a deeper, more compassionate way, and create relationships that feel secure, nourishing, and truly fulfilling.

About
Many of the clients I work with have spent years carrying invisible responsibilities, adapting to relationships that asked them to disconnect from themselves, or feeling unsure how to access what they truly feel and need.
I’m passionate about helping adults, men, and couples reconnect with their emotions, understand the parts of themselves shaped by old relational wounds, and create relationships that feel more authentic, grounded, and alive.
I’m deeply committed to ongoing self-exploration and authentic connection, both personally and professionally. My work is grounded in curiosity, intuition, and the belief that meaningful healing happens when you feel safe enough to be fully yourself. I’m passionate about meeting you where you are and helping you identity and clarify what you truly need, desire and which patterns are supporting or holding you back.
My work is also informed by my lived experience as a neurodivergent individual, and as the parent of neurodiverse children, which deepens the empathy and attunement I bring to clients navigating sensitivity, masking, identity, and authenticity.
I offer an affirming space for LGBTQ+ clients and individuals from diverse racial, cultural, and personal backgrounds who are seeking greater clarity, connection, and self-understanding.
