Life After Loss
This 8-week grief telehealth therapy group offers a guided, experiential space to process loss (not just understand it), connect with others who can relate, and honor your loved one while supporting your own healing. Using a trauma-informed lens, experiential, emotion focused therapy and somatic practices, you'll have space to process emotions, regulate your nervous system, and navigate the challenges that follow loss. You’ll gain tools to cope, space to share, and support in finding your footing - without losing connection to the person you love.
