Adult ADHD Clarity Assessment
For thoughtful, high-achieving adults who have spent years wondering why life feels harder than it looks from the outside.
Perhaps you’ve built a successful career. You’re dependable, insightful, and deeply capable.
And yet:
Your mind feels like it has 37 browser tabs open at once.
Simple tasks take far more energy than they should.
You procrastinate until the pressure becomes unbearable.
You feel chronically overwhelmed, despite appearing “put together.”
You wonder whether it’s ADHD, anxiety, burnout, autism, or some combination of all three.
Many of my clients are professionals, entrepreneurs, creatives, and caregivers who have developed impressive coping strategies over the years. They often function well enough that others don’t see the effort it takes to stay afloat.
An ADHD assessment can offer clarity, context, and a more compassionate understanding of how your mind works.
Who This Assessment Is For
This service is designed for adults who:
Suspect they may have ADHD
Have always felt bright but inconsistent
Struggle with focus, organization, time management, or follow-through
Experience chronic overwhelm or mental exhaustion
Have been treated for anxiety but still feel something has been overlooked
Are curious whether autism traits may also be part of the picture
Want a thoughtful, relational approach rather than a rushed checklist
What Makes This Process Different
This is not a one-size-fits-all evaluation.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist and a Certified Adult ADHD Specialist, I look beyond symptoms to understand your life in context, including your relationships, developmental history, nervous system, and unique strengths.
My approach is:
Neurodiversity-affirming
Collaborative and compassionate
Grounded in evidence-based assessment
Sensitive to trauma, masking, and the impact of chronic stress
The goal is not simply to answer “Do I have ADHD?”
The goal is to help you understand why your mind works the way it does and what will help you move forward with greater ease.
Ongoing Support After Your Assessment
For clients who would like continued support, I also offer neurodiverse-affirming therapy to help with focus, emotional regulation, relationships, and self-understanding.
