Your mind runs faster than life can keep up — full of ideas, starts, and half-finished plans, yet never quite settled but you’re not sure why? You’re tired of the frustration of forgetting what you were about to say, feeling lost in a haze. You may have wondered about ADHD or executive functioning struggles, especially if staying organized, finishing tasks, or managing emotions feels harder than it “should.”
Many of the individuals I work with are intelligent, capable, and outwardly functioning well, while internally feeling overwhelmed, out of sync with the world around them, and wishing others understood them better.
This is a nonjudgmental space to understand how your brain actually works — without pressure to “fix” yourself. Together, we’ll explore patterns of distraction, motivation, expression, self-criticism, and build practical tools to support focus, follow-through, self care and improved communication.
